La'Tiana McDaniel is the founder, owner and respite provider of Hearts at Home Respite Services, LLC. With a background rooted in Special Education and a deep commitment to family-centered care, she has dedicated her career to providing the peace of mind that families deserve.
La'Tiana's professional journey began in the field of Special Education, where she developed a profound understanding of the unique needs of children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Her experience in behavior support and family services has allowed her to craft a mission focused on compassionate, individualized care.
La’Tiana McDaniel is an educator and special education professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting children and young adults with diverse learning, developmental, and behavioral needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education and special education, and she is completing post-master’s coursework in applied behavior analysis. Through her work with students, clients, and caregivers, La’Tiana has seen how dependable respite support can strengthen an entire family. She founded Hearts at Home to offer care that is compassionate, structured, respectful, and responsive to real family life.
