Services are provided directly by the owner and respite provider, who follows established safety procedures, family instructions, and professional boundaries.
Emergency Planning
Before services begin, families provide emergency contacts and relevant health and safety information. If an urgent emergency occurs, emergency services and the parent or guardian will be contacted according to the agreed-upon emergency plan.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of every client we serve. Care is planned using the information families provide about routines, communication, health considerations, behavior, and emergency needs.
